Shipping & Returns

We make the sticks and many of our other products to order.  Therefore there may be a manufacturing delay to get your order out. 

Please be aware that purchasing of different size and volume products, such as a mask and a long staff, may incur additional shipping charges.

There are times when we may change the shipping service if we can save you money or get a better delivery for you.  This could be due to shut-downs, weather issues, etc.  If you have a carrier preference, or one you wish to avoid, please let us know in advance.  Otherwise we will ship at our discretion.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. International shipping can take much longer, please be patient and contact us for updates.

If you have a special event or date you need them by please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Much care will be taken to ensure a satisfied customer. Sticks are natural products. Measurements are approximate.  Sticks break. However, they should last a reasonable amount of time or contact.

I will replace or discount a stick if I feel it malfunctioned in an unreasonable amount of time.

You will be responsible for shipping and "please and thank you" go a long way.

 The customer is responsible for all shipping.
